Bulakan Village, Pemalang Regency, Central Java :
Bulakan Village, Pemalang Regency was designated as a stunting hazard village with 49 stunting cases. With a hilly geographical area, with a large area with a population of approximately 12,000 village people, it is difficult to monitor children affected by stunting in real time. This condition is indicated in the achievements toward the 6 pillars, for example, namely good practice through Smart Living. Cases of stunting or malnutrition tend to affect middle and lower class families. It is very natural that the need for internet is expensive. Even though without the internet, it will be very difficul to monitor the condition of children experiencing malnutrition. The Bulakan Village Government, in collaboration with village IT volunteers, made innovative wristbands and monitoring devices for children affected by stunting. The next problem with the covid-19 pandemic requires student trhoughhout Indonesia to be online. The high cost of internet quotas has made villagers feel Burdened again after the economy slumped. The Bulakan Village Government, assisted by village IT volunteers, made internet innovations without quotas that helped students to carry out learning and communicate with their teachers using the village intranet media. The innovation is quite easy but very solutive to the existing problems, by building intranet lines at studen gathering poins (of course with health protocols) by installing a mini-PC and connecting it to a regular television.
